Abstract

The great transformations of the contemporary world generate new demands on education, conditioned by economic-social and cultural development, which makes it necessary to achieve a better preparation of professionals in this sector, so that their involvement in the fulfillment of their educational functions, contribute to enhance the quality of life, intellectual and emotional development of schoolchildren. The objective of this research is aimed at designing a methodological alternative aimed at preparing psychopedagogues for the implementation of the Developer Psychopedagogical Diagnosis of school age in the Perico municipality. To achieve the objective, the dialectical materialist method was used as a methodological basis, the methods of the theoretical and empirical level. Empirical inquiries were made with the use of observation, survey, interview, document review, specialist criteria and as a procedure of the mathematical method the percentage analysis was used. The methodological alternative is proposed that takes into account the stages of the Developer Psychopedagogical Diagnosis, which are based on the results of the diagnosis to the school psychopedagogues, as well as the educational objectives proposed in the Primary School model.
