Contribute from the historical-cultural focus to the educational administration of the Heritage

The educational administration of the heritage in contexts non educative can be based starting from the budgets of the historical-cultural focus given by Lev Semionovich Vigotski to the Psychology. This possesses dialectical-materialistic orientation and it is based on the human being character historical partner and their determination by the culture and the social life. The objective of this investigation was to determine the contributions of this focus and its relevancy in the heritage education of children and adolescents in contexts non educative. Methods were used and technical from the qualitative methodological perspective with the purpose of to obtain and to process the data. It is instituted that for the achievement of the Heritage education it should be left of each fellow's personal vivencia without losing of view the everything and the unit of the cognitive and the affective thing as functional cell of the personality. It should be based in the historical analysis from the dialectical method and the partner-historical character of the personality. Their historical-social determination; the active, built character and transformer of the personality.
