E-Learning Clinical Simulation in the Nursing career of the Ibero-American University of Science and Technology

This educational innovation project came to respond to the virtual challenges faced by the Adult Community subject of the Nursing career at the Ibero-American University of Sciences and Technology, which presented a significant gap between the traditional simulation carried out in highly controlled and the practice carried out in clinical fields with real patients. Its objective is to Design an educational innovation project through E-Learning Clinical Simulation, which enhances the learning of third-year students of the Adult Community course of the Nursing career of the Ibero-American University of Sciences and Technology. The analysis responds to the question How to design an educational innovation proposal through E-Learning Clinical Simulation, which enhances the learning of third-year students of the Adult Community subject of the Nursing career of the Ibero-American University of Sciences and Technology? To resolve the above, an e-learning learning tool was developed, which brings clinical simulation closer to professional practice, which was successfully implemented in the course and which the students have received as a growth driver for their career.
