Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of school management to respond to school inclusion in the school 16 de septiembre, municipality of La Trinitaria, Chiapas. The following research is qualitative with a critical and descriptive approach, where the interview was used. The school is located in a highly marginalized locality, has a teaching staff of 18 teachers and 458 students, 5 of whom have different abilities. The school does not have a teacher trained to attend the study programs of students with different abilities, despite the efforts made by the school principal before the corresponding authorities, it has not been possible to have a teacher specialized in attending this type of students. In conclusion, it can be said that inclusive education still has many challenges to overcome, starting with the implementation of real public policies that meet the needs of students with different abilities and thus enable them to study without any distinction.
