Abstract

The research is carried out at the Professional Institute AIEP of the Talca headquarters, in the subject of Social Inclusion and Diversity of the Social Work Technician career, under the evening and online modality, due to the lack of motivation of students and decreased academic performance, the need arises to investigate through a series of data collection instruments, The main objective was to design an innovation proposal that promotes the use of active participatory methodologies that promote meaningful learning in virtual learning environments in the subject of Social Inclusion and Diversity of the Social Work Technician career of the AIEP Institute. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the proposal of the dossier fulfills the purpose of the objective and the innovation project, since it facilitates the use of methodological strategies for teachers to promote learning in students, encourage motivation towards learning, improve academic performance, and promote meaningful learning.
