Abstract

The objective of this article is to socialize the experience of TutoScience in tutoring students of the ECE, UNAE major, in co-training with Ikiam and Yachay during the fourth to seventh semesters for the formation of their professional profile. Methods: A mixed methodological approach was applied, which combined quantitative and qualitative methods that allowed the statistical processing of the studied indicators, the analysis of their behaviors; the evaluations and feedbacks of the redesign of the activities carried out with the expected results. Results: they show that the application of the methodological strategy contributed to consolidate the knowledge of the tutored students and to improve their academic performance. Conclusion: the follow-up and personalized tutoring carried out by the students of the last cycles, build bonds of trust and improve adaptability to the university context. All of the above contributes to improving academic performance and effectively strengthens learning in Experimental Sciences.
