Foundations and diversification definition of the attention to the individual differences

The way to make educational inclusion effective with everyone learning, without segregationist didactic exceptions, is at the center of this study. Which aims to define the concept of diversification of attention to individual differences. Using theoretical methods made an analytic revision of the literature corresponding to the topic. Theories that support this conception were outlined, such as: Theory of the Multiple Intelligence, Programming Neuro linguistics, Universal Design for the Learning, and discoveries of the Neuro sciences. Finally, the conceptual definition was proposed, being a theoretical contribution to research, debate and exchange on an efficient inclusive teaching-learning process.
