Given the study that was carried out applying the same qualitative method that allowed us to understand and explore the social phenomenon and human reality; from a descriptive and holistic perspective. Well, by direct observation, by applying an analysis of the contents, the issue can be identified, and thereby define the problem and specify a solution. Therefore, it is proposed to implement prevention strategies in the comprehensive training curriculum of the training field: ethics, nature and society at a basic level as a cultural paradigm change; The result of this research would have the consequence of preventing, reducing, eradicating and raising awareness of the context of corruption from early education and also for students to know the State anti-corruption policy that the State of Chiapas has in force. In conclusion, prevention strategies must be considered by the Government so that they contain actions where they formulate new paradigms such as creating prevention strategies to be able to raise awareness among students in their early education, which would guarantee a society that lives under the premise of the common good with a change of culture in this context.
