The article presented analyzes the work of the TutoScience Project one year after its creation, based on its commitment as part of the National University of Education, UNAE, with the quality of education of its students in Ecuador, a research that was carried out with a mixed approach, based on the integration of theoretical methods such as analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive, with empirical methods such as the survey. For them, 237 students from the fourth to seventh cycles of the Experimental Sciences Education Career, ECE, were sampled; 102 3rd year students of the Unified General Baccalaureate, BGU, from two Educational Units and 25 teachers from the Amazon. Among the main results of the work carried out, there are ECE students with higher academic performance; also, BGU students who showed a significant improvement in the development of numerical, algebraic and geometric reasoning skills; as well as 25 teachers from the Amazon certified in experimental sciences, with development of skills and knowledge in their area of professional performance. Based on the results obtained by the TutoScience Project in its three fundamental lines, it has been proposed to extend it for another year, to continue its contribution to the quality of education.
